These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of awaygame.live ("the Site", "we", "us", or "Away Game"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Away Game is

awaygame.live is an informational and content site focused on live sports travel. We publish curated information about stadiums, venues, bucket-list events, team schedules, and related travel planning. We are not a ticketing platform, a travel agency, or a booking service. When you decide to book travel, tickets, or merchandise, we link you to third-party partners who handle those transactions directly.

No account required

Browsing the Site does not require an account. The only optional interaction is our email newsletter, which is handled by a third-party provider (Kit).

Content and accuracy

We strive to keep venue details, schedules, and event information accurate, but the information on the Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. Schedules change, venues rename themselves, teams relocate, and pricing fluctuates. You should always verify details with official sources (the team, league, venue, or ticketing partner) before making travel plans or purchases.

Third-party links and partners

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate links to ticketing, travel, hotel, and merchandise partners. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, pricing, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site — curated write-ups, site design, event descriptions, and original images — is owned by Away Game or licensed for use. Third-party content (Wikipedia extracts, team logos, league marks, venue photos, etc.) remains the property of its respective owners and is used under fair use, license, or the source's terms (such as Wikipedia's CC BY-SA license for article text, with attribution via the "Read on Wikipedia" links on each page).

You may link to pages on awaygame.live for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing or republishing our content requires written permission.
