Little Caesars Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Midtown Detroit. Opening in September 2017, the arena, which cost $862.9 million to construct, replaced Joe Louis Arena and The Palace of Auburn Hills as the home of the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association (NBA), respectively.

Plan Your Trip
Detroit Metro (DTW) is 25 minutes from downtown. Stay downtown and walk — LCA is on Woodward Avenue in the heart of the revitalized core. Eat at Grey Ghost or American Coney Island (obviously). Combine with a Tigers or Lions game for a full Detroit sports weekend.
